Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of digital content and services on pubfileviewer.com, published by Vincent Larue (ImagineWeb) (SIRET 892 162 363 00014, 3 avenue D’Urville, 57530 Courcelles-Chaussy).

1. Products

Products are digital content and services described on their sales page, delivered by download, license key or online access.

2. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

3. Order and payment

Payment is processed online by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is final once the payment is confirmed. A receipt is sent by email.

4. Delivery

The content is delivered immediately after payment on the confirmation page. Download links remain valid for 7 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose this right. By placing your order, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time at no cost from the customer portal or by replying to your payment receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Warranty

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services under applicable consumer law.

8. Complaints

Send any complaint to contact.viuna@gmail.com. The consumer mediator will be named here before any sale.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
